I have heard and seen as well as sensed recently, a slight change in the level of insanity going on in the world. Of course it is still taking place, but at the same time there are incidents of push back against the craziness, people being called out and outcries have begun. It is a good sign, we are regaining a wee bit of common sense perhaps. It seems to me that one of the major lessons we are learning at this time is to be aware of the hidden dangers in not thinking for ourselves! Sadly it has taken two years now of being warned about ‘fake news’ to finally see the truth of it. It is an extremely dangerous situation to be in when the main source of our information (the media) is not telling us the truth. Slowly but surely people are discovering the truth of what is going on in the world through their new awareness and searching for alternative news sources. Once one awakens and begins to absorb new truths and establishing new beliefs, there is no going back. That is what they are afraid of.
I know from my own experience how difficult these times are to wade through, but there is light at the end of this bleak, black tunnel. I can see it peeking out from behind the clouds. I believe we had to get ultra crazy in order to see what we were doing. We stopped thinking for ourselves and hopped onto the nearest band wagon to follow along. But things are changing. For example, we are sensing and seeing some of the negative side effects now of social media’s addiction and we are realizing the importance of nature again and its ability to calm the human spirit. We are beginning to realize that the reality we are shown daily via the media is not the true reality of life. Most importantly we are learning that we have the choice of what reality we choose to live in. Awakening takes great courage because we often find ourselves huddled on a rock between opposite sides of a rushing brook trying to get up the courage to jump across to the other side. Change is uncertainty and what we need most to accept change is trust that all will be well when we land on that other side.
We must stay true to ourselves, create our own reality where truth resides and that is always in our heart. Let the drama play out on the world’s stage but do not partake in it. Let it go, we don’t really need to know what the world is doing, just what we are doing and do it to the best of our ability. Have courage to feel discomfort when you venture outside your comfort zone for it can get pretty hairy. Once again it is all about trust in the universe and in yourself, everything else is just window dressing. Stick together with like-minded people because there is indeed power in numbers. Together as one we are a force to be reckoned with!
Blessings to all,
So much craziness going on in the world. My head spins with fatigue from trying to comprehend everything taking place around me. I can’t understand it and yet I know instinctively that things must change, but how? We change what we don’t like by doing the opposite. Nothing will ever change if we continue doing the same things. So sit back and take stock of what is wrong and do the opposite. Too much anger in the people you interact with, be calm and understanding instead. Too many lies being crammed down your throat by the Government? Make it your life’s foundation to always be a truthful person. Too much corruption bringing you down? Practice honesty in everything you do every day. Too much greed going on around you? Go out of your way to offer others your kindness and any help they may need. If the only things you are hearing everyday are attacks on people or their character, find ways to praise and uplift people for what they are doing right. It is time to emphasize what is right in the world and stop the never ending blather of what is wrong. Wherever you place your concentration action will follow, so think about what is right and create a better reality.
Blessings to all,
I was shoveling snow today after the storm began to let up and was thinking about the state of the world right now as I was keeping busy. I know what is wrong with the world, but I instead of thinking about that, I asked myself what was right with it. Good question. We are all so trained to see the bad, to take note of what is wrong, to dwell in those thoughts and as a result, our essence suffers for we are only living from half of our life. In order to live a full life that is balanced we must be able to live life through seeing what is right with the world instead of always seeing what is wrong. Something many people have not had much experience in doing. That in itself is tragic. Our minds got hijacked a long time ago!
Every day we are faced with negative, hostile and damning rhetoric. Non stop it’s all about hate; hate Trump, hate the conservatives, be defiant, get ugly. Over and over the rhetoric is like a sick drum beat pushing us along. We must not listen to this garbage any longer, it is driving us into the ground. We are falling apart and losing direction, we are putting up our own walls and separating ourselves from others we do not agree with. If everyone just turned off their t.v. sets and made it a challenge to spend each day taking notice of what is right in the world, in our lives instead of what is wrong, our mindsets would begin to shift. It just takes us being vigilant and opening our minds beyond the closed prisons we have been trapped in. Life is rich and mysterious and there is so much for us to learn if we just get out of our own way and change how we think.
Blessings to all,
This sounds like it is going to be a rather intense full moon. Well, what isn’t intense these days it seems. I think it best we pay attention and mellow out our own lives and not encourage aggression towards anybody…Stay peaceful everyone! Here is the article. Enjoy!
The new moon is on it’s way as well as a partial eclipse which should be interesting. Once again it seems cleaning up our lives is in order. Here is the article. Enjoy!
