Change Is In The Air…..

I am sensing slight shifts in the thinking in the air around us these days. Nothing major, but rather a slow but steady shift from insanity to sanity. I hope and wish to believe we have seen the rise of insanity peak and now we are finally calming back down. This of course will happen far more quickly if we demand what we know is right for the world. I know a great many of us think about it, but how much noise are we making to achieve that, how great are our demands? We well know change cannot happen without some kind of intervention. The world needs a massive influx of love and compassion filling the air to balance out what we have been experiencing. If we break down all the unrest that is going on, it would seem what the majority needs, whether they know it or not, is simply to be cared about! We are not numbers, we are not subjects, we are not testing animals. We are human beings with human feelings and emotions and like everything else around us that is living, we just need to be cared about.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I think in the end we will find out what will straighten out the world is simplicity! We are witnessing the evil side effects of technology right now. Well, not the technology itself, but the corrupt minds that push it. It always seems to go back to whomever is at the top of everything! That tells me error is born out of greed and a lust for power. And why? Because those people are lacking something very powerful within. The understanding of what simplicity brings to ones life. Peace and calm and a fullness of purpose. That old saying “Money is the root of all evil” seems so apparent now. Not that the money itself is evil, but rather what it does to ones thinking. It alters perceptions and not in a positive way most often.

Stay simple people. Create a space in the world that offers you what you need not what you want. There is a big difference. We still haven’t learned, it seems, that wanting sprouts up out of a feeling of needing to fill that hole within. The more you cram into that hole the bigger the hole becomes and the harder it is to fill. That is why I say stay simple. There is happiness in simple living, there are not the complications that come with ‘having it all’. With simple living one stays connected and grounded to the earth, to what matters most, one doesn’t loose sight of compassion or empathy but instead it grows stronger. Many fell into the trap of thinking we had to have it all to be somebody. Nothing could be further from the truth! The more we have the more we lose. Eventually we will get the message and act accordingly.  I hope I see it in my lifetime!

Blessings and love to all ❤

Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse Today….July 16th

So sorry I am late in getting this out to you. For some strange reason I never received this article in my email like I usually get. There have been several odd goings on these days with my blog and email. Not sure why. Anyway, here is the report on today’s Full Moon. Enjoy!    VK ❤        Source:

Going Home….

The time is finally upon us all, we have been waiting and wondering when this time would come. For most of our lives we thought we were home, feeling secure within the four walls of where we lived. And yet…Something always felt like it was missing, even more so now. So where is home?

Our home and our security lie within ourselves, not within our four walls. Unless we are secure with who we are and our place in this world, we remain unsettled and forever searching. So how do we get home? First and foremost we must ask ourselves ” How do I present myself to the world and in the end, to myself? Do we ever think about such a question? Do we even know who we truly are? Do we eagerly ask ourselves questions about ourselves and the world around us to anchor in our reality, or do we just float through life on autopilot, unaware of who we really are and why we are here? Are we fully engaged in life playing an active role in it or are we lost in the haze of distraction and drama, letting life pull us where it wants us to go rather than going where we want to go? Do we even know where we want to go?

Until we speak up for ourselves and speak out for all of those around us, we are not truly participating in life. To be honest, we are faced with a multitude of problems in the world right now, it has become so complex we have lost the strength that simplicity brings to our lives. Instead of bobbing and weaving our way through the traffic of life we now find ourselves enmeshed in the chaos of traffic jams because there are no traffic lights, the power has gone down. We find ourselves surrounded by lots of loud horn honking, name calling, fender benders and a great deal of anger. For so many there is no calm flow to life any longer, only rip currents and raging flood waters.

We can find peace in our lives again, but only if we have the courage to re-engage with life and face it head on. If we continue to refuse to think for ourselves but would rather choose to listen to what others are telling us to do or think or be, we are not following the path we are meant to be on. We are walking down a path that belongs to somebody else. In doing so we strip ourselves of our own inner power, we send ourselves the message that we must not trust ourselves enough to choose our own path and as a result we begin to stumble over rocks that have become boulders, unable to cross gentle streams that have become raging rivers.

Do we wish to continue driving around in circles trying to find our way or are we going to stop and ask for directions so we can get to where we wish to go more quickly? What the world has been sorely missing for a long time now, is people asking questions because they are aware of reality and are not asleep and they want answers. I am not sure just when we stopped asking questions and just began to go along with the program, being steered blindly down a path chosen by others, but this is a very dangerous path to navigate. This path sucks away our power, strips us of our identity and leaves us weakened and divided. It opens the door to uncertainty and in the end, that uncertainty leads us into fear.

It is time to go home! Time to reclaim who we are, time to actively take part in our day to day living again and it is time to rediscover our strength by walking down our own paths to where WE wish to go. Think for yourself again! Ask questions about everything until you get an answer and then ask yourself is this the correct answer or do I need to look more deeply. Let life flow through you not around you. Yes it takes great courage to do so, but it is the only true path to getting back home. It is the only true path to saving humanity and moving forward on our next journey through life.

Blessings to all,

Hard Reality…

I just drove home from town a short while ago. I live off a dirt road well off the main road with forest and pastures all around me. It really is quite beautiful, but as with everything in life, there is a price to pay for what you want. As I drove in close to my house there is a neighbors barn next door. I noticed a small animal on the lawn out front and thought ‘Oh No! A rabbit’…I just hate seeing death, especially in the animal world for some reason. As I drove by I didn’t want to look, but it was hard not to notice as I drove past. It was a tiny fawn, obviously recently new born because of its size. It was splayed out in the grass and my heart just ached for both the fawn that died, but also the mother deer who must be grieving her loss…

I came in and put groceries away and decided to go out a finish weeding the perennial bed before the rain comes and forget about it all. I went out and settled in on my trusty stool to spare my back from leaning over and began to pull up weeds. There have been a lot this year because of all the rain and cool temperatures this spring. My dear kitty Maymay wandered around through the plants as I weeded, stopping every now and then to twirl in the dirt. The sun was out and the humidity was low and it was ideal for getting the task at hand done. As I got into a good rhythm and continued moving along further down the flower bed I was suddenly blasted by a hideous sound. The high pitched screeching and screaming of many crows, vultures and others, fighting over who would have possession of the poor baby deer I was trying so hard not to think about.

The screaming and fighting was loud to where I had to go inside and play loud music to drown it out. There was not going to be any peace around here until the poor deer was no more. I tried to sit out in the sun for a few minutes to mellow out from it all, but the screeching continued at volume ten. As I sat there with my eyes closed trying to stay calm, I couldn’t help but think about the reality of our world today. These greedy savage birds attacking the deer reminded me of politicians today. No mercy. Just unbridled greed to have what they want at any cost. The hysteria of their voices screaming in unison, fighting for control over what they want, lowering themselves to the level of raw wildlife fighting for their catch. The same frenzy, the same jockeying for the best spot to grab and run with their prize. It is a total disgrace to watch Washington these days. A complete embarrassment. I long for silence from it all, politicians and vultures alike!

So for my message on how to combat the violence of what is taking place all around us today I offer these thoughts. Make it a goal to be a kind and gentle soul. The world is sorely lacking them. Do not be so quick to take but rather find ways to give to others. Steer clear of anger and closed minded thinking which keeps you stuck and unable to move your life forward. Politicians are screeching and screaming and tearing apart society because they have lost their ability to see beyond where they are . They are mired neck deep in primitive behavior that gains them nothing and does nothing for you either!  Laughter is a far more gentle sound to live with than screeching. Choose to share with others rather than grabbing and holding on to what you have like these birds fighting over who gets the baby deer.

I feel safe in saying things are beginning to heat up all around us and we are all going to be a bit shocked as the truth continues to spill forth faster and faster. We think we know it all and are prepared for what lies ahead, but I think for many, reality is going to be rocked in the days to come. Our very foundations will be falling apart. These are the times we are here for, to BE the essence of how we know the world should be and acting accordingly. We must rise above our primitive bird like actions and release our need for greed and control, and let the world be as it is supposed to be. We can do this I know we can. Be ready in the days ahead to have your strength tested on many levels, but stand strong! Forget about sick, screeching politicians and instead help make the world a better place for all. Be love.

Blessings and love to all,

Freeing The Heart & Soul of It

On July 1st, Mars enters Leo for six weeks, releasing primal forces thrumming in the world soul. Down beneath weary bodies and worn-out paradigms, Gaia is whipping up shakti to shake our somnambulant species out of its stupor, and restore energies we need to believe in the bright future.
Underneath the Last Gasp of a False Civilization, which is the drama playing out in the Karmic Theatre of our time, a bright future of love and peace is dying to be born inside billions of people.
by Jake Baddeley
Many people have been telling me they feel deep exhaustion of body and spirit. I see this coming from being plugged into parts of the World Machine that drain your energies and suck your soul.
When you unplug from the World Machine and plug into renewable sources of soul, the creative forces Mars in Leo is releasing generate a shaktirush from the core of the earth into your core.
Because Mars is in Leo, the most generous zodiac sign, this surge of life force wants to be shared. Lions love prides. The best way to share it is by being yourself, down to the core, which spreads ripples encouraging others to do the same.
Through such contagious activation and energy, you can turn your life into an  evolutionary art. Think of your life as a life art, that, like every art, has characteristic themes and challenges you can use to deepen your practice and clear away the blurriness to produce a fine focus. With life art there is no competition and rush to the finish line, but a combination of vision and improvisation to become truer and truer to your artistic sensibilities.
If anything’s going to haul society out of the 21st Century mess and turn the world around, it’ll be life art that stems from the soul and brings vision to live the life of love and creativity you were born for.
