Full Moon in Virgo is Saturday, February 24 at 5:30AM Mountain Standard time (MST)

Also known as the snow moon, this moon has many facets and influences that encourage us to pay attention to the messages we get from our bodies, our intuition, our hearts and our inner knowing. You may experience an ending to a relationship, a project, or a dream that is complete or no longer sustainable. You may find yourself setting some good boundaries especially against habits and patterns that are not supportive to your overall health and well-being. There is a strong awareness pointed to self care and powerful support for making changes where needed.

Think of this time as an opportunity to level up. In order for improvement to occur, what is not sustainable needs to be acknowledged and released. Improvement should contain a grounded and practical approach as well as encompass creativity and imagination for something new. You may feel a push pull energy where a part of you wants to hunker down into stable systems that have worked for you in the past, and a part of you wants to break out into more freedom and expansion into the unknown. Find balance between the two and focus on changing the little things first. Use discernment when necessary, especially around your personal physical and emotional needs.

New Moon in Aquarius is Friday, February 9 at 3:59 PM MST.

This super moon can bring up emotions especially around freedom or lack of, sense of tribe or lack of, and feeling of hope, prosperity and expansion, or lack of. The energy can be ups and down and there may be upheavals or unexpected events, some challenging and some supportive. It is best to embrace change and innovation, and turn any monkey wrench thrown at you into a positive opportunity for doing something different or differently, especially reaction.

Watch overly reckless or impulsive behavior in yourself or others, use awareness around excess and monitor your reactions especially around taking anything personally. This has the potential to be a highly creative and innovative time with new ideas, community building and inspired collaborations if you use some grounded practicality and not just a blow out of excessive expression. Think before you leap.
